"The staff were very helpful, I mistakenly thought I was getting a room with a pull out sofa. The hotel was fully booked, but they brought me a roll away bed with extra towels and linens."

"This was such a pleasant surprise. This hotel was extremely well appointed throughout from the lobbies, to the bars and restaurants and especially the rooms. We had a king studio and that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. We had a great view of the river. The staff was attentive and friendly. The parking was convenient even though there was a charge but that is the challenge of staying downtown. The Galt was amazing and so convenient to everything we planned to do."

"Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly but I wish the shuttle went earlier in the morning. Everything was nice and clean with a spacious room. Our room didn’t have an actual outside facing window though which kind of sucked but not a big deal!"

"Check in was easy and attendant was very friendly and nice to chat with, It’s a good budget hotel if all you need is a place to sleep and get ready for the day. Room was decent and the air conditioner worked very nice, it was nice to have a fridge to store some leftovers."
