HOUSE RULES

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM.

- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a $250 fee. Additional charges may apply if the delay impacts the next reservation.

- No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee may apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.

- No pets allowed.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

- No illegal activities are permitted on the property.

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval from the host.

- For security purposes, identity verification may be required prior to check-in, including a valid government-issued photo ID.

- Please treat our home with care and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues.

- This 2-story home requires 3 exterior steps to enter. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible via an interior staircase.

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front exterior facing the front yard, and camera 2 is located on the back exterior facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
