Kitchen is amazing and well equipped. We loved the proximity to downtown & all that Louisville has to offer. Backyard was great for an evening fire & relaxing at the end of the day. The location is fantastic with it being only a couple of miles from all of the downtown distilleries, restaurants and shopping. The owner was also very responsive. My husband and I stayed with our grown children and we loved hanging out in the backyard to watch the fireflies. Highly recommend this house! ##### Jamie C. Matt was communicative, had some great food/drink place recommendations, the instructions on check in and check out were clear and concise. We felt very welcome. Matt and Melissa were very informative and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Louisville. The property is absolutely amazing! A beautiful comfortable home with high end finishes worked into a historic building. The right mix of comfy and luxury. The design, the location, the property owner’s hospitality…it has it all. We stayed here to visit Louisville for a few days and travel to the Ark Encounter for a day. Owners were super responsive and helpful. 7 of us came for a trip to experience Louisville, Churchill Downs, and all of the surrounding distilleries. Awesome location to do everything we wanted to do. The house itself is extremely clean, well-kept and has all the amenities you need. We ended up spending more time at the property than we expected because it was that comfortable. My family agreed that we want to book this home every time we come to Louisville. It really looks just like the pictures but even better in person. This was spacious enough for everyone.
