Rooms were clean and we got upgraded to a suite for not a lot more money. We ate at the Down One Bourbon Bar, and they were very short-staffed so we waited a long time for a server to help us, but once we were waited on the food and drinks were good.

The room was very outdated and dirty. Our door kept getting stuck and would not open. It looked like the lock had been broken. The maintenance man said it was fine and just keep trying.
