KFC Yum Center

When checking in, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly nor was she helpful. The next day (Tuesday), I had to go back to the front desk, and some young girl was working, and she gave me incorrect information. I had to check out early, due to a death back home, and I was looking to get reimbursed for the days we would not be using. I was told to get in touch with Expedia. I contacted them and they said they would have to get the manager to sign off. They were no help at all and I will never use them again. Expedia wrote me back and said they could not help us. It wasn't until that Wednesday that I finally got someone willing to help me. There was a different lady working the front desk, and she was professional and very kind. She took care of this issue promptly and she said she would stay on top of it. She did!

All was good!
