"Great hotel with nice rooms and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Rigid terrain at the water’s edge but a pleasant walk. Busy place with wedding events but still managed to keep everything separated and quiet. The pub is a nice relaxing place to get a drink and meal."

"Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Snug is the best description of the room size. It had everything I needed. It was loud at night, but that is the atmosphere of the area. I loved it day and night. If you don’t like the noise, pick another part of the city to stay."

"The staff were excellent! Very helpful with any questions we had. Location is perfect for walking around town and to meet up with any tours. Walls are thin so it can be noisy. There’s no TV service. A few local channels, that’s it."

"We stayed for two nights. The location is perfect to be in all of the action. The Spanish Arch is literally across the street. And it nestles along the river. The attached parking garage is ideal and the validate for a discount. (Two nights was 24 EU). The room was comfortable and the A/C much appreciated. The front desk was super helpful. We did the breakfast the morning we checked out. It was okay. Nothing too exciting. But, if you are wanted the authentic full Irish breakfast then here you go! We really appreciated being in the perfect spot to walk around and enjoy all the pubs and restaurants. Would definitely stay here on our next Galway visit!!"
