### Magnificent renovated barn in the Louron valley

Comfortable barn of 160 m², tastefully restored, located in a unique environment at 1200 m altitude. Facing due south, in a small hamlet at the foot of a medieval tower, it offers a breathtaking view of the Louron valley. Accessible by a track from the village of Loudervielle. Calm and space guaranteed.  
On the ground floor :  
\- an entrance with storage and cloakroom  
\- large living room of 50 m² with open kitchen, comfortable living room with a wood stove.   
\- “la cave” room with double bed and private bathroom  
\- WC  
\- laundry room  
On the 1st floor:  
\- large bright common area at the top of the stairs  
\- East side, with mountain view, the deer room with private bathroom and toilet, large double bed  
\- a large bathroom with shower   
\- the marmot room, for children, with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with a 3rd bed  
\- the tower bedroom, spacious, with a 160 cm double bed that can be divided into two 80 cm beds, a sink  
\- a mezzanine open to the landing with double mattress allows additional sleeping.  
Outside, a terrace with a large stone and slate bench and a table allows you to have lunch under the shade of the walnut tree.  
Facing the valley, a barbecue area where you can have an aperitif while admiring the paragliders taking off from the Azet ridges.  
Garden furniture (deckchairs, chairs, table) is available to tenants.

Logement confortable et propre dans un cadre agréable. Équipements justes pour 10 personnes (chaises).Eau du robinet non potable, il faut donc utiliser le système de filtre à eau qui diminue la praticité du logement.

Nous avons passé la semaine de Noël dans cette magnifique grange restaurée. La vue est splendide (surtout avec la neige), la grange est très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. L'accès est compliqué avec la neige mais nous avions été prévenu. Le contact avec l'hôte c'est très bien passé. Je conseille vivement.
