Ti-Armor: a charming Breton house near the ocean and shops

  • Charming Breton house for 4-6 people, composed of 2 bedrooms and an independent mezzanine with sleeping. Ideally located, very close to Perros Guirec, 10 minutes walk from the granite coast and 5 minutes walk from the shops of Louannec.
    Beautiful walks await you: customs paths, cycle paths but also visits to Ploumanach, the island of Bréhat, the 7 Islands, Paimpol, Trégastel,...
    Comfortable house of 77m2 where life is good; composed of a large living room with living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an independent mezzanine with a sofa bed, a shower room, a toilet, as well as an outdoor terrace.
    Equipment: wifi, TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, washing and drying machine, cot, iron, hair dryer,...
    Electricity/heating not included to be paid on site according to consumption.
    Optional: possibility of bed linen and towels, 16€/person/stay.
    Cleaning can be optional but a minimum fee of 20€ will be applied for disinfection during the Covid period. Reservation from Saturday to Saturday but negotiation possible depending on the period: send me a message.

Good location. Plenty of space

We felt comfortable for 2 weeks. Good starting point for many trips by car and by bike. Note, that electricity is not included, but we payed only 14 EUR for 2 persons in 2 weeks. This should be added to the description of the place.

il manquait: une douche correcte (car trop brûlante); le factotum n'a pas jugé utile d'appeler un plombier. une bouilloire un fauteuil des lampes de chevet des armoires une tv en état de marche un lavabo de salle de bain non éclaboussant. comble de la mesquinerie: on nous a fait payer l'électricité

Vacances dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Louannec. La maison est très bien agencée et confortable. L’extérieur est largement suffisant pour manger et se détendre. Et surtout la rue et peu passante ce qui nous permet d’être au calme ! Bref c’était très bien !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : location spacieuse, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Proche des sites touristiques, dans un village avec commerces. Plage à proximité. Communication facile et cordiale avec les propriétaires. A recommander !!

Excellente location où tout est pensé comme à la maison

Notre séjour a été très agréable : l’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, la maison est très confortable, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût , un petit extérieur permet de prendre le soleil et manger dehors. La localisation permet de découvrir les magnifiques paysages qu’offre la Côte de granit rose et faire de jolies promenades dans les environs. Tout était parfait.
