"Lovely stay at this cottage. Very peaceful and cosy. Cottage has everything you need and spacious for everyone. One of the fireplace at the time were continuously being smoky (not sure why unfortunately) however the other fireplace worked wonders. We recommend doing the garden up, maybe continue with fresh veg and flowers, would be a nice touch. Overall a great stay in a lovely location."

"We can certainly recommend this lovely bungalow. It has wonderful views from most windows. It is very light and flood the rooms with sunshine when weather permits. It was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. Very comfortable for sitting or sleeping. A variety of seating areas. We were left some provisions which weappreciated. We could not fault anything about our holiday home except the week passed too quickly. Many Thanks."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cottage. I saw previous reviews complaining about damp and cleanliness.We live in a cottage built in the 1850's and so are comfortable with older properties. Airflow is different to that in more modern properties. The storage radiators warm the cottage through - opening windows for 10 minutes leaves a freshness.The cottage is well equipped, has perfectly adequate parking. The sitting area has no view.The property manager Melanie is excellent."

"A great week (and excellent weather!) in this supremely well equipped, very comfortable bungalow. The location is brilliant and we were able to leave the car on the drive for most of the week, walking down to the shops, cafes and restaurants and, via the lane running behind the row of bungalows, getting access to lovely local walks Marine Walk and Lower Harbour Walk, as well as via the ferryport's footbridge and up steps through the woods, well maintained with a good handrail, to link with the coast path proper. Notes and recommendations from the owners on places to eat, drink, and buy lovely sourdough bread and croissants, etc.. were up to date and came up trumps."
