Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten und v.a. die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch für Kinder ist es ein kleines Paradies. Generation fortlaufend gepflegt und renoviert. Uns hat z. B. der Holz-Laminatboden gut gefallen, da er warm und sauber ist und das neue Wohnsofa-Bett beim Esstisch. Küche, Bad und Elektroheizung sind noch älteren Stils, genügen aber allen heutigen Ansprüchen. Die Fenster sind noch einglasig und nicht schalldicht und deshalb hört man den angrenzenden großen Wohnquartier-Parkplatz gut, was mich lärmempfindlichen Menschen etwas gestört hat. Das Schlafzimmer liegt aber schön ruhig auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Das hübsche Haus stand wohl einmal alleine, ist mittlerweile aber mehrheitlich von Mehrfamilienhäusern eingezäunt. Wir konnten nichtsdestotrotz die letzten herbstlichen Sonnenstrahlen lesend im Garten genießen. Die Wohnstrasse ist auf 10km/Stunde limitiert und das Quartier untertags doch ziemlich ruhig. Wir haben v. a. den Regentag in unserer Ferienwoche im Haus genossen - dann wird es so richtig gemütlich. Das Ferienhaus liegt wirklich zentral und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Städteausflüge (zu Fuss nach Ascona sind es gerademal 35’) und die Postautohaltestelle ist 5’ entfernt. Eine Familie mit zwei Kindern hat genügend Platz im Haus. Mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Studenten wäre es wohl etwas eng geworden, aber das ist eine Frage der Anspruchshaltung. Insgesamt haben wir schöne Herbstferien hier verbracht und wenn man die sehr faire, familienfreundliche Preispolitik der Hausbesitzer mit in die Betrachtung einzieht, wären sogar 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Michienzi Wir durften 4 wunderbare und erholsame Tage in Losone verbringen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es liegt an einer super Lage, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Ascona und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe (zu Fuss ca. 5-10 Minuten). Perfekt um mit Kindern Urlaubt zu machen...unsere zwei waren sehr gerne im Garten am spielen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall das Ferienhaus nochmals buchen! ##### Massimo M. ---
