La Perla Exotica is a romantic and exotic propery consists of two villas. One is new unique classic one floor villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and leaving room with extandable sofa. Accomodation is available totally for 20 people. When reservation is made for up to 12 people, the bigger villa will be for use. If there is a request for using of more rooms then 6 ( single use ), the second house could be used, which leads to an increase in the number of guests, correspinding to the number of rooms, respectively the price. All rooms are with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and heated indoor). Our villas was built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet area. The villa is just 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz town and has plenty of things to offer, in addition - easy access roads, TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are minutes away by car; big supermarkets are just 5 min walking distance. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all. Villa LA PERLA EXOTICA has it all - 2 private pools, one outdoor pool overlooking the ocean while surrounded by palm trees, Japanese roses etc.; another indoor heated pool in an exotic private ambience of warm and delicate lighting, a real volcanic stone wall and a pool bar. We had a great holiday here! Sylvia and Angel are very kind hosts, who made us feel very welcome. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome, where they showed us around extensively and gave us every opportunity to ask questions. During our stay they regularly contacted us briefly to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. And upon departure they gave us plenty of time to check out. At the agreed time, they both came by to hear about our experiences and to receive the key. The house itself is absolutely fantastic. No expense has been spared to ensure guests have an excellent holiday. Everything is well arranged, the house, bedrooms with private bathrooms and the kitchen are very nice and clean and the swimming pools are a wonderful place to relax. From both terraces the view of the ocean is beautiful, a barbecue at sunset is extraordinary. The location is excellent, close to a bakery and a supermarket in Los Realejos. The highway is easily accessible, making it easy to explore the island from La Perla Exotica. I can only say that this villa with these owners is an absolute must to discover Tenerife! ##### JJ R.
