The house is in a complex of typical Canarian farm houses which were carefully restored. They preserve all the typical features of traditional Canarian architecture: stone, tiles and wood. The furniture and appliances have been specially chosen to provide you with a comfortable and cosy stay.
Among the services are: Jaccuzy, a fully-fitted kitchen, baby equipment (including a cot, highchair and bath), heating, satellite TV and a music centre in the spacious and welcoming sitting, as well as an exclusive terrace with garden furniture. The houses have their own parking area.
Guests are greeted with a welcome basket and are supplied with plenty of information on the island and how to enjoy all the options.

Very pleasant stay

Very kind and nice host, who provided us with so much useful information and gave us many tips and insights. It was a very pleasant stay and we will surely be coming back. The rooms were clean and everything was in a very good condition. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Lovely property out in the country. it is up in the hills so about 25 mins up a twisty (or less up a very steep) road with no good shops or restaurants nearby. Great for peace and quiet,walking etc. but a car is essential. We had House No.4 which had a lovely sunny patio but had NO Washer/Drier as promised in the details - I suspect only the 4bed house has one. Otherwise well equipped. Lovely large bowl of fruit and flowers on arrival. Highly recommend if you don't mind driving

Little tranquilo rural oasis

We had 3 wonderful weeks at this little oasis. It was amazing! The sunsets above the clouds and mostly every day beautiful weather. The roads to the house were a bit tricky because they are super steep and not that big with a lot of curves but it was no problem at all. The house was also great! We had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, induction cooker, Spices, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, everything and even more. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The only thing we were confused of was the jacuzzi. We thought it is a private one but it is a common jacuzzi. And there’s also just a little private terrace area. The big garden with table and bbq is also common. The cleaning lady came every week to wash our clothes, towels and sheets and clean everything. More or less every second day the gardener or the owner came to take care of the property. Everyone was super kind with always a good mood and a lot of recommendations😇 We enjoyed our stay here very much! Thanks for having us!

Schönes Haus

Bei schönem Wetter ein kleines Paradies. Liegt allerdings auf 900m Höhe, und zieht oft Nachmittags mit Wolken zu. Der Vermieter kümmert sich und ist immer ansprechbar. Alles sauber und vorhanden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Mountainbiketouren, und Ausflüge im Norden. Wir haben im März 2 schöne Wochen verbracht.

Gemütliches Haus in gepflegter Anlage

Wir haben im November 10 Tage in einem der 4 Häuser auf der Finca verbracht. Der Vermieter traf uns am ersten Tag in Orotava und zeigte uns mit seinem Fahrzeug den Weg zum Haus. In Las Llanadas angekommen, fanden wir ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus vor, und zu unserer Überraschung einen großen Korb mit frischem Obst, einer Flasche Wein und sogar Vasen mit frischen Blumen. Das Häuschen wurde stets mit einer gleichbleibenden Raumtemperatur beheizt und war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es war fast jeden Tag jemand da, der die Anlage pflegte oder sich um die Mieter kümmerte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmals für die zuvorkommende und herzliche Art des Vermieters und seiner Helfer bedanken. Roland und Susanne

Die grüne Nordseite der Insel

Das Haus liegt 900 Meter űber dem Meeresspiegel, deshalb kühl, ruhig und mit Weitsicht wenn die Wolken sich verziehen. Die Whg. war ländlich charmant eingerichtet und ist von einem schőnen Garten umgeben. Carlos, der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Empfang standen ein großer Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Insgesamt können wir dieses Urlaubsdomizil weiterempfehlen.

Häuschen im Garten Eden

Das Grundstück ist wunderbar bepflanzt und das Häuschen rustikal. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, es gibt auch in den kalten Monaten genügend Decken und Heizkörper. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit Mikrowelle, Eisfach im Kühlschrank, aber leider nur zwei Herdplatten. Vom Grundstück schaut man auf den grünen Berg und von einer Ecke auf das Meer.

Maison typique au calme dans un magnifique jardin

Très agréable séjour au calme. Une jolie petite maison canarienne dans un magnifique jardin et perchée sur la montagne. Parfaite pour nous pour notre séjour randonnée et escalade. Une magnifique corbeille de fruits et de noix nous attendaient à notre arrivée et Carlos et son frère sont très très disponibles pour donner des conseils ou en cas de soucis (il manquait un tire-bouchon et un casse-noisettes et ils nous en ont apportés le lendemain matin). Deux petits bémols, nous n'avions pas réalisés que le jacuzzi est commun aux 3 maisons de la propriété et la température du jacuzzi était trop froide pour y rester, et le devant de la maison est à l'ombre, ce qui peut être un avantage en plein été mais pour un mois de novembre, trop frais pour s'y installer. Également, pas de réseau dans la maison, à part contre la fenêtre de la chambre à cause de l'épaisseur des murs. Vraiment des petits bémols et J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Lovely little Oasis !

The property host, Carlos, met us for checkin, and was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. The property is most quaint in a quiet rural setting. The historic stone farm buildings together with the spectacular surrounding gardens make for a very charming environment. We stayed in the original farm home, and found it comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, and quite workable. Carlos had a bowl of fresh fruit on the table that he replenished as the week went on. Initially, we found the property hard to locate, and the GPS was of little help. The access road in is rather hilly and windy, so it takes a bit longer than a look at the map would suggest. Nevertheless, this is a great location for exploring the beautiful North coast of Tenerife, as well as El Teide and the Corona Park areas. The lovely historic town of Orotava is about 30 minutes away, and the large center of Los Realejos about 20 minutes. We were very impressed with Carlos’ passion for this property, and his sensitivity for responsible and sustainable tourism while preserving history and respecting the environment. We would recommend this property as a unique and charming choice away from the usual tourist traffic.

Quaint but needs modernisation

These are attractive and quaint fincas full of character in a good but isolated rural location. Each has its private terrace which was lovely when the sun shone. However the week we stayed from 18-25th January the finca was very cold despite the fact that Carlos the welcoming manager provided two extra oil filled radiators. The bedroom heater did not work and there was none in the bathroom. Being 600 meters or so above sea level means the weather is colder and less sunny than at the coast. The hot tub was warm not hot. There were no instructions as to how the water temperature could be raised. We only used it once. With very high ceilings our finca would be better with a wood burner. Overall the finca was OK, but clearly dated and could do with some updating.

Perfekte Lage für Wandertouren

Anaga, Teno, Teide.. durch die zentrale Lage ist alles nicht weit entfernt und gut erreichbar... Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, die Top gepflegt ist. Schöner Grillplatz unter einem Wallnussbaum. Top Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Carlos, unser Vermieter war jederzeit per Mail oder Whats App erreichbar und hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge jeder Art. Im Kühlschrank waren schon Säfte und Milch. Ein grosser Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüssung.. Viel Informationsmaterial über die Insel für Stadtausflüge oder Wandern in verschiedenen Sprachen. Den Whirlpool haben wir leider nicht benutzt. Wie die Anlage und die Wohnung aber alles in einem Top Zustand. Waschmaschine vorhanden... Carlos ist meist jeden Tag Mittags da und bietet an, die Waschmaschine laufen zu lassen. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles da, auch Kleinigkeiten die man sonst immer noch kaufen muss wie Gewürze, Zucker, Honig etc. Liebevolle Inneneinrichtung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.. hat jederzeit das Gefühl, das Carlos für einen da ist, aber niemals in einer Form aufdringlich.. Weg nach Puerto ca 15 - 20 min mit dem Auto. Wer Abendessen gehen möchte und nicht zu weit fahren, dem können wir nur "El Rallador" empfehlen. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pour un séjour au vert

Très agréable location, très bien équipée y compris les denrées de base (huile, sel, café , etc.) Carlos nous a apporté toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin tout au long de notre séjour. Une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille de vin nous attendaient. Le jacuzzi, après une journée de balade sur les sentiers de Ténérife a été très apprécié . Notre seul regret a été les températures plutôt fraiches en octobre à 900m d'altitude. Compte tenu de la localisation de la finca, il est indispensable de d'avoir un véhicule. Nous recommandons ce logement aux amateurs de calme, de nature et d’authenticité.

Berg Idylle

Wir verbrachten hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen im August. Das Anwesen war leicht zu finden und, wenn man sich an die großen Straßen hält, auch gut zu erreichen. Als Begrüßung gab es erst einmal einen Korb mit Obst aus eigenem Anbau. Unser Haus wer sehr groß und sauber, und mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger für seinen Urlaub so braucht. Das Gelände ist sehr schön hergerichtet und man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Perfekt zum entspannen, besonders wenn man eine anstrengende Wandertour oder einen heißen Tag am Strand hinter sich hat.

Just Perfect.

We stayed for 2 weeks in the finca and enjoyed the time very much. It is a very good starting point for hiking and trail runs. The owners were very kind and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We definatelly want to return again.

Finca am Hang in ländlicher Gegend

Unsere Finca und das Gelände waren in sehr guten Zustand und gut gepflegt. Das Gelände liegt am Berg in ländlicher Gegend wodurch es sehr ruhig und entspannt ist, dafür ist der Weg von der Autobahn etwas weiter. Die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr gemütlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit für die Einweisung genommen. Alles super.
