Luxurious location im the heart of Panama. The receptionist was not friendly and I waited to be attended while she was clearly chatting on her cellphone, shw seemed unhappy to work there. Stfg needs to be friendly and approachable, understanding that we depend on them foe assistance.

The property is one of the cleanest I’ve been. The room to the shower facilities were very clean. The staffs were pleasant and friendly. The cafe was slowww, but overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was amazing.
