We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Atlantico Madrid. The location on Gran Via is convenient and walkable to almost all of the major attractions in central Madrid. Gran Via is very crowded and noisy, similar to Times Square in New York City, but our hotel room on the eighth floor, was quiet even though we looked out on Gran Via. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a very nice buffet breakfast served on the first floor and a roof-top bar with indoor and outdoor seating on the ninth floor. Prices for food, drink and accomodations are very reasonable. It has the charm of an older hotel but it has been remodeled, updated and is extremely well-maintained. The Housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, comfortable and filled with amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in the most perfect location to explore Madrid. Nothing was more than a short walk away. The staff members were amazing, so helpful and friendly, really enjoyed chatting with them. Beds are so comfortable, they had full smart tvs with all the apps on, for those who like to Netflix after a long day in the city. Would 100% recommend and would certainly return. Love it here!

Hotel, staff, food, room all were very good. The only problem was with the set and no change air condition temperature. It was cold, no heater and air condition was set on 21 c cool option. guest wouldn’t be able to change the temperature to higher degrees. Also, rooms wall were very thin. I could hear the next door snoring or phone conversation. Staff were very friendly and nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Particularly Angel at the front desk, and Lola at the restaurant.

We stayed in the loft apartment, which has a huge terrace and amazing views across the city. The location is excellent- close to two metro station and loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (including supermarkets). All staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the air conditioning was switched off centrally and underfloor heating on all the time - the weather was very warm while we were there so the room was hot (26°), especially when sleeping. We would definitely stay here again though and highly recommend it.
