About this property
The Cozy Escape
- Our centrally-located home is right off I-25 and close to everything with plenty of parking space and a great patio perfect for relaxing. Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, IHop, Applebee's, and more just a 1-minute drive. The airport is only 25 minutes and most spots in Albuquerque are about 35 minutes away. Belen is just 15 minutes, and the Balloon Fiesta Park is only 35- 40 minutes. Our home offers comfort and convenience for everyone! Please NOTE, the crib is a bassinet.
The space
The property has plenty of parking to accommodate most vehicles and trailers. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom, pack-n-play and a BASSINET crib, the middle bedroom has two full beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the last “bedroom” is in the more open area with a trundle bed and twin pull out perfect for anyone needing wheelchair access, however, it is not a private room as it does not have a door
Guest access
Everything is accessible except the garage and storage shed, backyard and side yard are padlocked and not featured on the pictures. Patio on the south side of the house is open for you to enjoy and relax and also featured on the listing pictures.
Other things to note
The crib is a bassinet for infants under 3 months, definitely not a crawling infant. There is a pack n play for larger infants
