Great property, extremely clean and well maintained, every member of staff was friendly courteous and very helpful.

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location,recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

Stayed here for a week, and honestly? Not bad at all. The place is clean, the staff are friendly as hell, and the apartments are bigger than my student flat—kitchen, living area, balcony, the whole deal. Great if you’re not into cramming into a hotel room like sardines. Pool’s decent, gym’s basic but usable, and there’s a mini-market on-site for when you’re too hungover to trek down the hill. Speaking of which… that hill? It’s a calf-buster. Be prepared to hike or rely on the free shuttle...

Great holiday from start to finish. Very nice, well designed hotel with lots of different areas for sunbathing and eating. The food was excellent and the staff were very efficient, particularly in the restaurant. The rooms were cleaned and towels and bedding changed daily. All areas of the hotel were maintained to a high standard. The 'natural' pool was particularly pleasant as it was heated.

This was an extremely comfortable holiday. We would rate food excellent. Room excellent. (4 adults in family had large well equipped kitchen, living/dining room and balcony with another table and chairs for 4 and 2 loungers and drying rack. Very large master bed ensuite, 2nd v large twin and storage. Separate bathroom. Both with bath/shower:WC. ) Hotel facilities excellent. Staff excellent. the only reason this is a relatively cheap hotel is because it's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the coast...

These apartments are clean and in a quiet location but walking distance to excellent shops/bars/restaurants. We were in room 514 which had sunny balcony and lovely sea views. Yes we did have 59 steps up to our apparentment and we are not an overly fit couple but this did not put us off. Would recommend 100% and big renovations are taking place to update apartments and grounds

Friendly staff room very good

Quiet complex with limited facilities but a relaxing and enjoyable stay stay,there was never a scramble for sunbeds as there were plenty to go round!! There is no entertainment if that's what youre looking for, but our 2 bedroom appartment on the second floor was spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.( Also had to go up many steps to access it!) Plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area.

this hotel is central for all amenities , not far from the beach or the shopping centres very nice bars and resturants close by the pool area is great for children and adults, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always available food is good, they have fashion shows around the pool twice a week, this place is good to use as a base for everything, lots of places to eat on a night-time down the front really good rates for a 3 course meal

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. The pool area is delightful, has an island and waterfall in front of a covered grotto, a children's pool and includes areas shaded...

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.
