Very mod con. You cant get any nearer the sea unless you built it in the sea. Great view from the balcony and through the double doors of the inlet. Great shower and toilet, washing machine works well. Be prepared to be woken for around 7.30am to the sound of the swift ferry horn as it births accross from you.
