Great service with plenty of stuff to help everywhere, all inclusive package made the difference since prices are quite high for everything in there, having all inclusive was the right choice, everything is great and super clean, only disappointment was the one bedroom suite is offered as two beds (Kind/Queen) when really is a King bed and a sofabed, for my 15 yo the sofa was OK, but the sofabed for a couple would have been a really bad experience since is really slim and you can feel even the pipes under the slim mattress. Everything else was great.

I don’t recommend this resort at all. The place is old. They moved me to several rooms the first night because their AC didn’t work. The hotel had bird poop everywhere. The food is terrible!! I asked several people, and they were complaining too. I'm not going back there!

This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested.
