Incredible sunrise and moonrises to the east and to the west out the front door, sunsets, and mountain views. Wake up from a good night’s sleep on the brand new king bed to views of the sun sparkling on the ocean before you even grab your first cup of coffee to enjoy the start of your day on the patio. Have a leisurely breakfast from the well-equiped kitchen before heading down the steps to one of our two beaches. You have the cove for swimming and snorkeling on the left of the property or the surfing beach to the right. And don’t forget the large heated pool with the swim-up bar-restaurant serving lunch, snacks, and dinner. Both the bedroom and the living room have doors that open to the patio with gas BBQ, so you can enjoy the ocean breeze all day long. You have elevator access, and then there is a flight of stairs up to this condo. You have filtered water in the entire condo so there’s no need to buy bottled water. If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high-speed WIFI, just grab a seat at one of the kitchen bar stools or at the patio table and enjoy the view while you work. As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort to head down the steps to the beach, the first place you’ll pass is the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends. Besides the pool, 2 beaches, 2 restaurants, and a well-stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas Bay! In fact, within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset Mona Lisa, and Manta at The Cape Hotel. Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week. There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor. Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is a very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds. Views were absolutely stunning from the balcony. We were able to catch the morning sunrise over the horizon every day! There are 2 near by beaches that are very private and quiet as an additional bonus. We ate at the local restaurant, Jazz on the Rocks, just walking distance from the condo and watched the beautiful sunset with our meal! We stayed in this condo from Mar17th till the 20th. Could have stayed longer. Really nice condo. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The view from the balcony is stunning! We would go out and sit and watch the whales jump everyday! Really amazing to watch.Lynn has a brochure that is very detailed and was a huge help. Easy commute to the Marina area, the pool was nice and the pool bar was great too. The condo was clean we arrived. The private beach was a nice little spot to watch the sunrise. The condo was as described. Comfortable bed, good ac units, nice deck, wonderful views.The pool was great. Plenty of Comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The swim-up bar was a real game changer. Low priced drinks and really good food. I mean REALY good food for a swim up bar. Drinks were all excellent. I found it perfect for my wife and i as we are more poolside folks rather than sandy beach folks. There's a beach, but its not remarkable. For that experience we took a 7 Uber to the popular local touristy beach that catered to any need a couple or a family could ask for. Bargain prices at the little on-site Market. Large Supermarket just up the street. I would definitely go back. ##### Richard W. From the initial greeting at the gate, to the staff at the poolside bar everyone was professional and friendly. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the view of the sunrise is spectacular. An easy walk down to the beach. Great restaurants are an easy Uber ride away along with spectacular beaches. Highly recommend it! Will definitely return at some point.
