The glass walls of our home, the former model, offer stunning views overlooking all of Cabo San Lucas and the marina below. The glass wall fully retracts so the spacious balcony joins with the superbly appointed living and dining area. On the balcony, in addition to the comfortable furniture, you can relax in the stone soaking tub to sip wine while enjoying the view of the city below. The kitchen features top of the line stainless appliances and granite counter-tops with a gas cook top for the discerning cook. The oven and microwave are built into fine wood cabinets one over the other. For your convenience, we provide a drip coffee maker, a blender and a toaster. There is a wine cooler under the granite topped island to keep you beverages at the perfect temperature. The dining area features a round table comfortably seating six but there is also a dining table on the balcony. We provide Concierge service. Our "boots on the ground" person will meet you at the property. She will ensure that you are acquainted with our villa and aware of all the possibilities for your stay. For your added convenience, we offer full concierge services. You will be met at the entrance, cleared through security, and shown to our condo. You can have the kitchen pre stocked with food and beverages, saving time and effort for your vacation. They also can help with booking dinner reservations as well as setting up fishing charters and travel arrangements if you wish to go up either coast. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony with the same stunning views. It is furnished with a King bed, fine linens and internet TV. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate travertine and glass shower as well as a wide double bowl vanity with a stone top. The large second bedroom features a well furnished private balcony with the same magnificent views as well as TWO QUEEN BEDS and more high quality linens. It is also furnished with internet TV. The ensuite bath has double sinks and a stone and glass shower. On the main level the property offers plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas surrounding the large free form pool. There is a gas supplied fire ring on the patio area surrounding the pool. On the opposite side of the pool area is a traditional palapa for shade as well as a gas grill and serving area for guest use. The pool area affords its own facilities and changing area. On this level in the next building, are the work out facilities. There are two treadmills, an elliptical machine and a recumbent bicycle; additionally there are free weights, benches and a universal machine. Towels and water are also provided. Our condo is located in the exclusive Pedregal section of Cabo. This means you have access to its private beach on the Pacific side. It is a short drive over the top of the hill and down to the beach. We often bring a bottle of wine and some snacks to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. If you are here at the right time of year, (generally December to April) the whales can often be seen close to shore, as they migrate around the tip of Cabo to the birthing areas in the Sea of Cortez. Right below the condo, two blocks below, is restaurant row and an easy walk to the marina area and Cabo Wabo. You will want for nothing in our condo. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, backpack coolers and beach towels. After you book we will send a 5 page letter of all the many things to do here in Cabo. We work with local people for top notch reliable transportation and discounts on activities. Come to Cabo!! I agree with others that there is construction down below the complex with a jackhammer truck going at it a large portion of every day, and even closing the doors won't drown it out. Looks like their project is going to be a while? There is plenty of noise pollution coming from trucks, buses, etc., from the city down below. This wasn't a big deal for us because we were on the move during the day. Early mornings and evenings were calm and quieter, great for sitting in the private soaking pool after a long/hot day of fun! Things we recommend: Use the grocery service (Prickly Pear) to stock up the fridge before you arrive, use Uber – easy and cheap (walking in Cabo can be challenging), and go on John More's taco tour – excellent!, "The Office" is great for breakfast – get the 1/2 pineapple fruit bowl. We would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to coming back! Hope the construction stops soon! All the nightlife is available until the early hours which is not a problem if you participate. The condo and complex were extremely clean. Unfortunately the water heater went out during out stay - mechanical things do break. I contacted Jeff, the owner, he responded almost immediately and handled the matter as quickly as possible. Gym was air conditioned with all brand new equipment. The kitchen is very well designed and clean. Air conditioning was working great inside the apartment, pool was clean, and owners were so nice because we arrived early and left late but were allowed to stay inside the apartment longer than what was stated on the descriptions. The condo was fantastic and we adored our view daily, especially after dark with the lights and almost nightly fireworks! Nothing negative to say here. All was top-notch and when we all talked about our trip on the way home the condo, pool and views was our favorite part of Cabo. The kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom were all luxurious. It was amazing to have laundry, security and Stef the concierge. The short walk into town was a huge plus, but there are stairs involved. We couldn't figure out how to turn on jets for the dunk pool, there wasn't a jacuzzi, and there were dozens of womens' shoes left in the master bedroom closet and under the bed, but my rating is "A." The condo is beautiful and the complex is built into the rock wall. Location is perfect if you want close to town. Yes, there are a few stairs and a bit of an incline but we can all use a little exercise and this isn't a race. We basically just used the condo to sleep but it looked like they had just about everything that you would in your own home. Get up early to watch the sunrise. The private pool is great but I was the only one in the big pool all week. Very quiet too. Go to Stephanie's and Antonio's bar, she's very energetic and informative. Many great restaurants to walk to but you should go to the Green Room in Todos Santos for dinner and drinks on the beach. A few restaurants we went to several times. Chubby Noodle, Mama's for breakfast, Jacks Place for a cheaper breakfast, Mi Casa, Hacienda Resort. Monkey something for drinks. Cabo Wabo had the absolutely worst margarita but the house band was good. Friday night fir Mother's Day they had an art walk and entertainment at the square. 10 stars for the condo. Stefani and Tony saw to our every need. They are a wonderful team and they every bit as good as you said they were. Our transportation needs were secured with comforting, timely communications, and flawless pick/delivery. They helped arrange our grocery needs from the Prickly Pear so our groceries were awaiting our arrival. They met us at the condo when we arrived which they had already opened it up and went over every detail of the condo. They were very patient and answered all of our questions about touring downtown Cabo. Mario provided us punctual round trips to San Jose and Todos Santos. On Sunday, we had nine people from the wedding party come down from the Cabo Surf Club Hotel, and eat lunch with us at Tiki Bar at the Marina. They came up afterwards, and marveled at your condo, swimming pool and the view of downtown. They all said that they felt couped up in in hotel grounds and wondered at the freedom we had to just walk into town. We can’t say enough about your attention to detail. We lived by the 7-page restaurant guide and ate at the The Office, Panache, and Tiki Bar at the Marina. Jeff’s one pager for his recommended trip to Todos Santos was invaluable.
