The club house is less than a 5-minute walk and features a beautiful infinity pool, food/beverage service, plenty of semi-private shaded furniture, cinema room, gym, massage room, bar and market. A concierge staff is available to assist with all your needs, as well as 24x7 security. Guest will have access to 4 pools -- 3 secluded pools behind the Copala towers and then the beautiful infinity pool at the Copala club house. Copala has its own concierge team, and their office is open daily. You can call or just walk-in. They can assist with any questions or needs you may have, including transportation, activities, dinner reservations, golf tee times, spa services, etc. Our guests can play the private Quivira Golf Course, which is right down the main road, and features gorgeous ocean front holes. This Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course was named best new international golf course by Golf magazine and Golf Inc when it opened and recently was included in Golf Digest's elite roster of the "World's 100 Greatest Golf Courses". The comfort stations are regularly highlighted in golf shows and magazines as some of the best. As our guest, receive the following discounts: 20% off on food & beverages at any of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts 25% off green fees at Quivira Golf Club Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, Monte Cristo and Pacifica (Adults only) are all within the Quivira golf and resorts complex, and less than 2 miles and less than 5 minutes by car. It's also a great walk along the golf course or scenic roads within Quivira but be warned -- that last hill is a doozy. A free shuttle is available to pick you up at the condo and take you to any of the resorts where you will find a plethora of dining options. The condo is about 4 miles from downtown. It's less than a 15-minute drive and will cost you about $10 for a taxi. For the adventurous, you can also walk to downtown from the condo along beach and then cut through the resort next door. We are only a phone call away, and your personal concierge is available for meet and greet, but for your convenience we have a smart lock so you can let yourself in upon arrival. There is also a 24x7 security staff to assist with any issues after hours. Prior to your arrival, we will be happy to assist with any questions you might have -- travel arrangements, rental cars, activities, golf reservations and even pre-stocking the refrigerator (at an additional cost). Towels (shower and beach), soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, make up mirror, hair dryer, ironing board and staples for cooking are provided. 1 mid-stay cleaning is included with your stay and additional cleanings can be arranged with your personal concierge for an additional (but very reasonable) expense. We have a security camera at the front door and one on the patio facing the ocean to check on inclement weather and to make sure that the hurricane screen is down in case of an impending storm. Both are turned off upon guest arrival. Guests can feel free to unplug the patio camera if so desired. Do's and dont's: No smoking/no pets. No more than 6 guests are permitted. Arrangements can often be made for a flexible Check-in/check-out time, but otherwise check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. This property is privately owned. The property is fantastic with a breath taking view of the oceans. We watched whales swim by from the balcony. We had access to sister resorts with great shuttle service door to door. We come to Cabo every year, but this was our second time staying in Copala. Chris provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with necessities for cooking, there was detergent for laundry, and the condo overall was very clean! His communication was great. Watched the whales flirt with the tour boats every morning right from our balcony! Our condo was well appointed and comfortable. In my opinion, Copala was the most peaceful and beautiful of all the Quivirna properties. We were a shuttle ride away from restaurants and short cab ride from the marina, downtown, and shopping. My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We were there for 2 weeks. The condo was cozy, spotless and comfortable. It was better than being at home! LOL! It had 2 lovely balconies with ocean view and it was extremely well-stocked so we didn't have to run out and buy any of the essentials like TP! The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was hard to get up. Like floating on a cloud!. The area has at least 4 pools but the best was the main infinity pool by concierge. It was warm and clean. The pool food service was incredible. We highly recommend the coconut shrimp! Huge and very addictive. The area has a lot of security which is great for 2 women travelling alone but they take it REALLY seriously. Essential to send e-mail when anyone is coming or going, they do not accept phone calls. The Walmart delivery guy was not allowed in and ,then, they would not let him out! Btw, getting a Walmart delivery is awesome if you are wanting to cook some meals in that well-stocked kitchen. It saves a lot of money. There is a large barbeque in the balcony which make things much easier. Thank you so much, Chris! The unit was very clean and felt new and the fixtures were modern and high-end. Landscaping up to and inside the complex was meticulously manicured. There was a digital code lock on the door. The elevator wasn't the quickest, but it didn't really matter as the unit was just a short stair climb to the next level, right next to the elevator. The complex was SUPER quiet. I mean you literally rarely even saw a person. We would go to the beautiful infinity pool and jacuzzi and were the only ones there for two out of three visits. Not sure if it was the time of year or if it is generally like that, but it was exactly what we were hoping for. You had to go through multiple manned checkpoints to get into the actual complex. It was a fantastic retreat to return to after a chaotic day and felt completely safe. Chris, the owner, was on top of his game, from the point we booked it to every moment during the trip and after. He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to provide us with the little details that make a journey like this run smoothly. This was the best property we have ever been on. Chris, the owner, is the perfect host, always attentive to how we were enjoying ourselves, and our needs (which were few) were met by Karen our concierge. The weather in Cabo was perfect every single day we were here. Our condo is located in Copala, one of many places within Pueblo Bonito and by far our favorite. It is very quiet and relaxed. We had the option to swim and sun at any pool in the resort (Copala has 5(!)) and one of our favorites is at Pacifica. We had so much fun here we’re coming back next year!
