The property is suitable for two groups of friends or a family. There are two bedrooms, each located in separate parts of the property.What we liked:- Seating areas: There were plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax, read a book, chat, eat, and even a hammock for a snooze.- Pool: small, but big enough for us. Deep and a welcome respite from the heat.- Internet: Fast and reliable.- Aircon: Baja California Sur is hot. I am glad the property provides effective cooling so we could have a good night sleep.- BBQ: We used it a number of times. There is a firepit too, but we didn't get around to using it. We had enough heat during the day!- Garden: Beautifully maintained and just a pleasure to be in.- Architecture: As with the garden, the house itself is beautiful.- Paddle boards: We loved taking these out for a paddle.Areas for improvement:Kitchen: The kitchen was not well set up for a long term stay. The knives were dull, chopping boards small and dirty, limited pots and pans, missing lids, and just not well set up for cooking.Location: You'll need a car or ATV to go anywhere. We expected that and had a car, but it's something to keep in mind. The nearby beach is a 2 min walk, but very rocky and hard to get in and out of for all ages.
