"Overall it was a good stay except…in the middle of my shower, the hotel alarms were going off (scared the heck out of me), (2) after 10pm knocks from housekeeping (I did not call/wrong room, then there was a system upgrade and ALL keys needed to be redone. It would have been nice to have been notified ..."
