"My room was dirty. The duvet needed to be replaced because it was dirty. The hotel was low on towels so we didn’t have enough clean towels on the second day. Our sofa had a big rip. Walls very dirty. Tub scuffed and toilet dirty. Check-in attendant was on personal call during my check-in."

"They only clean the rooms weekly if you’re staying there for more than a day or two if you need towels, you need to go down and trade your towels out, the other thing is they have super small pillows so if you like a big pillow, you might wanna bring one with you"
