The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking distance. No residential permit required and you can normally get a spot within a block. Just be aware of street sweeping. Mario is not at all responsive!
