"Staff trying to get into room after a hour of arrival. Then tapping on the door in the morning to see if we had gone, but waking us up instead. Also talking in the corridor on her phone kept us awake . Also attitude was not good when spoke to.
The other MAIN problem was asking for tips in the bar."
"First of all, I have to shout out the concierge service. Miss Anna helped me out with everything anything I needed next thing just the Hotel itself treated me like a VIP they upgraded my room to a corner suite which the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great food drinks everything I will definitely be coming back."
"Great location just a 5 min shuttle to the airport! Easy access to snacks and coffee in the lobby and a nice pool area and hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great customer service, everyone was kind and friendly!"
