Located North of Montana in Santa Monica. Beautiful brand new upstairs apartment in our Italian Villa. Private Entrance and rental is completely private. Enter into the Foyer and take the stairs up to the spacious Living Room with Fireplace, two new comfortable couches which both turn into sleeping beds. (Queen size and Full size) Two leather chairs with table, Large brand new Television screen with cable and wifi. The Living Room is 12 by 16 Feet and opens up into the sunlight kitchen. Kitchen is 12 by 10 Feet and fully equipped with everything you will need for your enjoyment. Hallway leads into Bathroom Vanity area with the Bathroom is 6 by 6 feet and off to the right and the bedroom off to the left. Bedroom is 11 Feet by 12 Feet with a full size bed. Large size closet with sliding mirror doors. Extra sheets and bedding for the couch beds will be in this closet. Washer and Dryer for your use. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the beach (there are steps down to the beach ).
