The property itself is gorgeous and the staff is so unbelievably friendly! I also love the location—it was so easy to get to Melrose and Sunset Boulevard. I travel back and forth between coasts for work and this will absolutely be my go-to accommodations when im in LA.

Comfy beds and very clean. Front desk gave us free drinks very accommodating e for the waitresses at the roof top pool bar, they could be in a better mood. There is a Night Club on premises so if you're looking for a peaceful stay this is not the hotel for you. We even tried to take an afternoon nap and we could hear music from the rooftop on the 6th floor. No courtesy water bottles. Fridge and AC do not have a night light control switch .

Awesome stay from the very beginning. Friendly Valet and Jenay at the front desk were great. Checked us in right away to the room we purchased. Great views. Great small rooftop pool but not too small. Great food at pool. Bar List awesome views of Hollywood and great Bartendars. Jordan was awesome. Wine hour from 5 to 6. Awesome place to stay visiting Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl.

Absolutely amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience even better. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to enjoy everything in the area. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere and level of service—I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property was spotless, the rooms were absolutely silent on the floor 3 - we understand the higher floors can be a bit noisier on the weekend. They have a fantastic roof top bar, restaurant and pool. The food is excellent. The rooftop bar/club seems to be a very popular and upscale place for the younger crowd. We really enjoyed the roof top during the day and early evening. Stafff was wonderful all around.

Central Hollywood location, which is a little dirty. Parking nearby at lots a lot cheaper than valet. No help with bags, check in was smooth. Breakfast service my friends joined and we were sitting for 20 minutes with no service, when I informed my server they would be joining. Room and bathroom area small and could use a separate door to toilet/ sink area. My friend was napping and at 6pm someone male entered our room, and left quickly when she said hello. I brought this up with the front desk asking if they did turndown service, she said they did not answer I mentioned that someone tried to enter our room, she said she would look into it but never followed up which would make me a lot more uncomfortable if I was travelling alone. Loud parties on Tuesday, and other nights where they check your room key before even letting you up the elevator. My friend went to go get food from the lobby when one of these was happening and was made to feel quite uncomfortable by dressed up party goers. Feels like hotel guests may be a second thought. Free wine and cheese was nice

Well maintained, clean hotel. But, the customer service is so poor, you can much better with similar priced options in Hollywood. I got to the hotel at 12p, understood I had to wait to get my room. But as the front desk promised I was never notified when it was ready. They have good amenities…food credit, tickets to Chinese theater, good rooftop pool, but you don’t get to use any of these until you are officially checked-in. Bad. Oh and I got a room with a view? My view was of the other side of the hotel, which they called the “atrium.” Just say no.

Excellent check in and check out service. Good location, not too close to the griminess of Hollywood Blvd, yet within walking distance. Hotel has a classy appearance and staff were friendly and down to earth, making for an enjoyable stay. We checked in on a Tuesday and were able to experience the hotel’s weekly Tuesday jazz night with great food and drink offerings at a set price. The mood was relaxed but fun and the entertainment exceeded our expectations. It was a great night and a memorable start to our short stay in LA. We would happily both recommend and return to The Hollywood Grande!
