#### Good basic property

We rented the unit to attend a music festival in Pasadena. It was a decent place for the purposes. Pros: large/fully stocked kitchen (including bottles of water), main master bathroom had toiletries, one dedicated parking space, extra towels and blankets. Cons: we only had one car but street parking was almost non existent especially at night. Very close quarters to neighbors. Only one shower/bath. The other bathroom is just a toilet and sink. Nothing to be changed just things to be aware of! Very responsive property manager and check in -out was effortless.
