It’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking to relax and explore all that LA has to offer! Please note, there is a separate guest unit located behind the main house. Guests staying in that unit access it via the side gate and porch, ensuring privacy for all. A charcoal grill is available for your use—just bring your own charcoal and enjoy! This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that there be no parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise. The city of San Fernando has its own police department, and they are known for being responsive and attentive to any concerns. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We want to reassure future guests that a licensed pest management company inspected the home and confirmed there is no infestation. The roach seen was an American roach, which can occasionally enter through sinks in spring. We had the pest control spray the perimeter of the house, which is a preventative treatment to avoid future issues. Additionally, our HVAC company identified a burnt wire, which has been repaired. It was a routine maintenance issue, and we don’t expect any further A/C problems.
