This place had all the amenities we needed and it felt super homey. The owner came over right away when we couldn’t get the TV to work and would check in to see if we needed anything. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Check in/out process was the easiest I’ve experienced yet. The check in and checkout process was seamless, and, upon arrival, when I reached out to the management team with a question, they answered immediately and quickly provided a solution. The location was just down the way from the beach, neighborhood shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, and every detail had been considered. The kitchen and linen closet were stocked with all amenities in predictable locations. There is nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Laura S. The unit was great. I missed that it was an upstairs unit in the description and it was a bit slow moving for my mom to get up the stairs but she did and she enjoyed the stay along with myself. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Amazing location close to food, coffee, beach, parking. Bic was so responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO and the owner. This is a great place to stay. This was our first time visiting California. The communication was great with the property management, they were always responsive even before our stay, they were very detailed about everything from check in to places to go and eat. This property was clean, comfortable and neat we could not have asked for more. Stepping out to the street you have a view of the water as stated it is a short walk to the beach and grocery store is a short walk as well. We really enjoyed ourselves so much we booked an extra day. The kitchen is very well appointed and there’s great water pressure in the shower. It’s a bit of a hassle carrying suitcases up the steps and on-street parking was a pain. The location to Riviera and the beach are ideal. The exterior of the property is in bad repair but the interior is an oasis. ##### Nancy U. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed meals in. The home is very clean and beautiful. Everything you need is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom toiletries linen, and towels (including beach towels). Access to the beach chairs, boards and bikes was great for our days at the beach. We had a very nice stay and hope to be back again! ##### Bobbi G. Though not large, the place is efficient, very well stocked, clean and well located. It fit the bill nicely for the two of us. It is close to shopping and the beach. On-street parking was OK (though tricky at times due to street cleaning, and posted no parking zones.) The location is convenient, if a bit close to the somewhat noisy PCH main thoroughfare.
