It was a great layout for the three families staying, which included small children. The kids loved the ball pit on the 3rd floor/attic space as well as the pickleball court. Spacious and well stocked kitchen for meals. One of the "bedrooms" is a casita, which is a nice feature. Doesn't have central a/c, but there were units in each room.
