"For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple hours later to retrieve our luggage. We approached staff at the front desk as we had time limitations but they were dismissive and couldn’t really care. Opulent hotel but don’t recommend it."

"The staff was extremely unhelpful and did not explain the requirement to pay for parking in order to leave the premises. The parking is managed by a third-party and was not working. There was no one on site that could help troubleshoot it and the security that was there was extremely rude. They were demanding to see a receipt to prove that I paid for parking win. You have to pay in order to leave the parking garage and the box that you pay at does not provide a receipt. This establishment needs to be trained on how to troubleshoot the parking box if they’re going to require that Hilton customers park their car there than they have to do better. I paid over $120 for parking when it should have only been $55. The security guard was combative and was harassing me. She went out of her way to come up to my vehicle and knock on my window. I was trying to leave. I was extremely late to my sister‘s graduation at USC. I would never recommend anyone to stay here when we checked into the hotel. It smelled like a dead animal, they offered to come in and clean it and instead of just getting me a new room they finally got me a new room and it was gonna be on a different floor than what my family was on which was extremely inconvenient."

"The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the absence of a conventional front desk. Instead, there’s a large table with iPads where guests can check in and even program their room key cards. Despite the self-service setup, there’s always someone nearby checking the ID's and happy to help. At first glance, the room didn’t seem particularly large compared to other hotels, but it quickly became clear how thoughtfully everything had been designed. As you enter, there’s a compact closet area with hangers and a shelf, while the opposite side features practical wall hooks. The entire layout is functional and well organized. The bathroom design is also quite unique. The shower and WC are enclosed in a glass structure with colored lighting that still manages to provide a comfortable sense of privacy. One of the highlights is the in-room iPad, which allows you to customize the lighting color and intensity. It also controls almost everything else in the room, including the temperature, TV, lights, cleaning schedule, and blinds. There’s also a small desk next to the bed, along with additional storage space underneath it, including a safe box. Overall, the room offers plenty of smart and efficient storage options."
