It was so close to many walkable beaches and restaurants and was exactly as the listing described. Our suite was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you want to be in the core of Malibu or what's open in Malibu now, this is a prime location. Parking worked well, unit is modern and perfect fit for a couple. We loved the small yard/sand area overlooking the beach. On site staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry facility is great. I thought the communications, check-in process and app were a lot more than necessary and what I've gone through with other vrbo's but even though it was more to slog through than most, getting in the unit went smoothly. Ideally located steps from Nobu with easy beach access to Carbon Beach. Beautiful, spacious unit with high end touches and bathroom amenities. Kitchenette functions very well/well stocked. Large flat screen TVs and extremely comfortable bed. The beach/lounge area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Place is well staffed and feels like boutique hotel.
