Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests. 11) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. 12) Parking: You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park on PCH. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t. 13) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We could easily walk to Nobu Malibu and Malibu Farms (where we had amazing meals) and it was easy access to all sorts of hiking in the mountains beyond Malibu. This place was exactly what I wanted. Friendly, quiet, beautiful ocean view. I woke up early and watched the sunrise over the ocean, took a walk along the beach and then later watched the sunset. The unit was well furnished, and had one bedroom with living area and sofa bed. High end amenities. Additionally, a studio type kitchen allowed for meal prep on days we did not leave. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property was conveniently located to the Malibu pier and the Santa Monica Mountain range and outdoor amenities. Beach access was somewhat limited from the property itself, however, it was a very short walk to stretches of usable beach. Additionally, a short car right away, gives access to some of the premier beaches in Malibu. Restaurants, shops were within walking distance or a five minute car ride.
