Found a roach in my first room but then got upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, didn’t see any more roaches. Overall enjoyed my stay but some areas have stairs and you will need to carry your luggage to get to your room

When I got my room the mattress was very bad I have to use my pillow to sleep on top to get the the comfort on the bad the mattress was very old and broken, they need replacement mattress, and the speaker on self check on the lobby is so loud I couldn’t sleep , so I asked them to change my room , they did , that room was nice and comfortable

Insgesamt war es sehr dreckig und nicht im Ansatz mit den Bildern vergleichbar. Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht und wollten 6 Tage vorher stornieren aufgrund der schlechten Umgebung. Leider war man keinerlei kompromissbereit. Also sind wir angereist, sind völlig schockiert vom Zustand ins Bett. Haben dann kaum geschlafen, weil es zusätzlich noch unfassbar laut war. Sind dann um 6 Uhr morgens wieder ausgecheckt aus dem dreckigsten Hotel, dass wir weltweit bisher kennenlernen durften. Jeder sollte hier Abstand nehmen. Auch kein Anbieter sollte diese Zimmer anbieten. Es sind Probleme vorprogrammiert. 280€ für 2 Nächte verbrannt.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, especially because of how the issues were handled. When we arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the room, which appeared to be related to an issue with the AC. We were moved to another room, but that room also had a strong smell. It smelled heavily of Febreze, which seemed to be masking the underlying issue. We were in a hurry to dinner, so we told the staff we would address it when we returned. We were told someone would follow up with us while we were out and let us know what was being done. They never did. We even called the hotel and couldn’t get anyone to answer. When we returned, it was late and a different person was working. The room still had a strong, nasty smell, but we were exhausted and had already spent enough time dealing with the issue, so we had no choice but to settle in. We couldn’t even sleep comfortably. What made this worse was the complete lack of follow-through. We were specifically told we would receive a refund for our parking because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. There was no compensation, discount, upgrade, or any real effort to make things right. Problems happen, but the lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. We changed rooms, dealt with a horrible smell, lost time, and had an uncomfortable night, only to have the hotel fail to follow through on what they promised. Very disappointing, and we would not stay here again.

Great location—only about a five-minute drive from downtown! There are plenty of Korean and Mexican restaurants nearby, so finding something to eat is easy. Having a 7-Eleven close by is also very convenient for snacks, drinks, and essentials. A great base for exploring the city!

Booked a 3-night stay for a wedding in the area. The overall experience was good. The hotel could benefit from some updates throughout the hotel. Although some rooms have been updated (based on photographs), unfortunately ours was not. The carpet was old, worn and stained. The bathroom was dated and small but served its purpose. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel; however, we could smell marijuana throughout, and it even came thru the vents in our room. An easy update that would make a huge difference in my opinion, is if all the pillows were full-sized pillows. The room came with 4 small throw pillows. Staff and parking attendant were all friendly and helpful.

Overall, the live hotel is a place to stay if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and don’t care much about the aesthetics of the room. It’s close to downtown and is a 3 min drive from the peacock theater.

Everything was good! The Expedia hotel description mentioned dry cleaning and our room had a dry clean/laundry order sheet. However, when we inquired at the front desk, we learned there was no dry cleaning but they did have a place to do your own laundry.

We like the room, so clean and staffs are so accommodating and is very close to places where you wanna go. The only thing is the wifi is a bit log and the tv isn’t working good but other than that everything is perfect.

The staff was very kind. There’s a security guard around so that’s comforting. The place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I have no complaints about this place, except a small complaint that the parking spaces is very limited and tight.
