Plenty of good quality towels. Full working kitchen and laundry. We spent Christmas here and I cooked a full Christmas dinner. Off street parking for one car was great.Our hostess was in touch and quickly responded when we had a question about how to adjust the heat/AC. She stayed in touch (from Hawaii) during our entire stay and was very caring about how our family stay was going.Convenient to groceries and restaurants. We would stay here again here again. Great location in a quiet very cute neighborhood and walking distance to Trader Joe’s. Beds were comfortable and the house is charming and cozy. It was great to have a piano to tinker on. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard to have lunch. Trish was very easy to work with and she always asked if we needed anything. She’s also very nice and thoughtful. This place will be my go to if I ever need to return to LA. Thank you Trish! ##### Robert F. Smaller than it looks in the pics. Owner lives in the unit upstairs and was onsite for the majority of our stay - which was not explicitly stated in the listing. I would have liked to have know that ahead of time. But she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Kitchen could have been better appointed with the necessities.
