  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Burbank. Walking distance to Starbucks minutes away from Disney, Warner Bros., Burbank Studios and Universal Studios. 15 minutes away from Hollywood Blvd and conveniently located near the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Perfect for one-guest. Host lives on premises for any questions or needs guests may have. Room has a private entrance with outdoor patio, great place to relax, read and enjoy your morning coffee.
    The space
    A cozy place fit for one-guest, quiet, private with it's own bathroom. Inside guest quarters we have a work desk, wi-fi, tv, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer and Krups Coffee Maker. We offer complementary coffee, water bottles, as well as towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap to get your day started.

    Guests quarters will have access to their own private space located in the backyard and have access to their own mini-patio.
