Located in Historic Highlands, a quiet Pasadena residential neighborhood two miles north of downtown Pasadena, this studio/loft has lots of charm and character. The neighborhood is great for walking with beautiful tree lined streets. The rental comes complete with exclusive use of outdoor dining area, swimming pool (unheated), fire ring, and heated spa.

    Pasadena, located 9 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, is a vibrant city, rich in history and culture, and home to the world famous New Year’s Day Tournament of Roses. Average year round temperature is 76 F daytime to 54 F nighttime. You are minutes away from many sports and recreation areas, and 30 to 60 minutes from all the major Los Angeles attractions.
