You’ll love sinking into the luxurious king-sized bed and enjoying the inviting atmosphere created by modern furnishings. With brand new appliances, stunning hardwood floors, and central air conditioning, you’ll feel right at home.  
  
The kitchen is fantastic, featuring a beautiful quartz countertop and everything you need—all stocked up with coffee, spices, pots, pans, and dishes. The separate living room is a great spot to relax or get some work done, with a comfy queen-sized sofa bed and a workspace ready for you. Plus, there’s plenty of closet and drawer space to keep your things organized! Safe street parking is always available right in front of your private guest suite. Enter through your own dedicated entrance just off the street for added privacy. We’re dedicated to your comfort!  
  
Brand new appliances, clean and comfortable furnishings collected from around the world. New floors, central A/C, a full eat-in kitchen (w/quartz counter, new appliances, Keurig coffee), and a large living room with ample seating, and a Room & Board queen sofa bed. Plenty of closet and drawers space for you to “move in” for a long term-stay.
