The Owner was very easy to reach before and during our stay. The place was well cleaned and comfortable. After a long day out exploring LA, it was great to come back here and relax, we all had a blast playing pool. We came here to take our children to Universal Studios. It was nice to have the home to escape to after the theme park. The unit was well stocked with essentials and had everything we needed to be able to cook at the unit. Our host was very responsive. He even went and got an extra mattress for us when the top bunk needed a mattress and delivered it to the property. We enjoyed the pool table; my son and I played pool until late in the evening one night. It was convenient to have the kitchen, which we used each evening and morning. We also grilled outside the first night on the BBQ, which was very convenient. Our bed was super comfortable and so we slept really good. I might suggest investing in one or two short cue sticks since the walls are a little close to the pool table in a few areas. The pool outside looked very nice, but it was too cold for us to swim. We noticed your outdoor patio which looked nice, but we didn't use it. ##### Tim W. R. The home is close to Universal. However, please make sure you allow enough time for traffic on the freeway. The house was as described with one exception, that one exception was one reason why I booked this house, and that a hot tub was listed. However, the host responded and said that was an error and that issue has been corrected. The host was always very quick to respond. The home appears to have been recently remodeled, and came very well stocked with basic needs. The house was very clean when we arrived.
