Most of the other places we were looking at for our group of 12 had many bed crammed into a few rooms, so it was nice to find this place with 6 bedrooms so folks could have a bit more privacy. Kitchen was great for prepping a group meal. We had a little issue with the AC on the 1st floor when we first check in, but host was very responsive about getting it resolved. ##### Angie M. The parking was not ideal. There are two separate units sharing a tiny parking area with a manual opening gate. The parking is very narrow and we had to move our car multiple times to accommodate the other tenants and vice versa. The king bedroom didn't have shades on the windows and there was not much furniture. There was a slide on the bunkbed that my kids adored. It was less than half an hour from campus, and there was plenty of room, including a first-floor bedroom and a full bath for grandma (two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second; one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second). Everything looked new and the finishes were very tasteful. The showers were tiled to the ceiling, quartz countertops in the kitchen, in-house laundry equipment, and all the basics for cooking. We used all of it. It is very modern and a bit spare, but just what you need when you have a big crew. The house echoes a lot, and you can hear everything in every room, so it's a bit loud inside. You can also hear the noise from the street. If you need 100% privacy or you need to sleep in the daytime, it may not be great. However, for us, the upsides outweigh that. There were good views from the upstairs windows. The owner was delightful, kind, and accessible. I thank him and his wife for an incredible stay! ##### C P.
