We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding! PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS: If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! WILDLIFE: You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children. FIRE ZONE: Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. BACKYARD FENCING: While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat. EV CHARGER: There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a electric charging station conveniently located at the Palisades Village, 1038 N Swarthmore Ave, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 which is a short drive away. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day. PARKING: There are two parking spots available on premise. Street parking is allowed on the street across from the house and there is no permit required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles. SECURITY SYSTEM AND GATE: The pedestrian gate and driveway gate are designated for security purposes throughout the duration of your stay and for your convenience.
