We had a really great stay here! There was a slight mix-up with the check-in instructions initially, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, sorting everything out right away. The space itself was absolutely perfect for my friend and me – it was super clean and had everything we needed. While the immediate area looked a little rough, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

THIS IS NOT A 2 BED HOME BEWARE. The property is clean and in a good location however the listing is inaccurate. It is listed as a 2 bed home that can sleep 4 people - this is not the case. There is only 1 bed, and a full at that not even a queen. The couch does not pull out and when we asked about why the home was listed as a 2 bed we were simply offered an air mattress. The host wasn't very helpful. Not a bad place if you are only traveling with one other person, but the listing description isn't accurate.

Beautiful sunny bugalow

Great place to stay in South Los Angeles. It is clean with modern decor that is welcoming and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. The bungalow is located on a crowded street (cars parked on both sides of a narrow street) but the available parking in the driveway made it convenient to easily come and go. I was able to park behind my bungalow and go in and out through the back door. The neighborhood is sketchy but at night I felt safe because the flood lights stay on all night. And the window shades kept the light out, so I slept well. Finally it has two large smart TVs with streaming apps which were easy to log in to and watch all my shows. I will very likey stay there again when visiting family.

It was good. Getting to the lobby and around the hotel can be a bit of confusing but overall it worked out! The lobby is absolutely beauty! And the rooms are clean and they are quick to room service. The area was reallllly good too! So many shopping plazas and coffee shops

Perfect 1 Bedroom Space!

We were in town for a concert at Kia Forum. The ride there was so easy and this one bed/one bath space worked out so well for us and our pup!

I luv the apartment but it misleads with 2/beds its ONLY 1BEDROOM WITH 1 BED.. I had message the owner about the local area & received a message telling me to "Google it" I thought that was extremely rude but then I realized this is a AI business not a person, so do not expect any interpersonal convo its a straight up business, one word responses.They do have a site manager/ cleaner on site everyday, very nice. Parking available & Area is conveniently located between 10 to 20 minutes drive from everything you will want to visit in L.A.. if it wasn't for the horrible messages & the non personal interaction..I would of giving it 5 stars

I have stayed in this owner's properties before and they were fine, but this trip was a bad experience. At booking and during the rental, the listing said there was a queen-bed bedroom and a futon, but there was just the queen-bed bedroom and a sectional couch. I contacted the owner and they offered an air mattress, but an air mattress isn't the same as a futon. I asked for a partial refund but they declined. As of today, 12/29/25, the listing no longer mentions a futon but it still says "2bed/1bath" and "sleeps 4" which remains misleading. A sectional couch is not a bed!
