  • Welcome to our "Sun Splashed Legend". New construction apartment on the back of our house. Great space for your family enjoyment with open floor kitchen for entertaining. Beautiful décor with minimalist accents, lots of sunlight and beautiful live plants. We are 5 minutes away from the mall and best restaurants. Close to Dominguez Hills University and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Enjoy the best beaches just 15 to 20 min away. 30 min away from Disneyland & Universal Studios. 19 min from LAX.
