I enjoyed my stay here I would stay here again Building has been remodeled recently and all new furnishings Looks like the pics on the internet Very close to restaurants, shopping, cruise terminal, marina, ocean, beach, and many parks all within walking distance The staff were really nice and helpful

This hotel was exactly what it promises to be. It was reasonably priced and relatively safe (all residential houses around it) to spend the night before getting on our cruise the next day!

I love San Pedro and the quaint neighborhood surrounding the motel. Parking is difficult, and there are not any walking distance dining options. I believe management are doing their very best to get all construction projects finished, and they are very pleasant folks. The motel is not quite finished, but someday will be a very nice little motel. I will book this motel again.

When we first got there was a little confused because its in the middle of residental homes outside was little sketchy but once we got inside it actually was pretty nice we jus stay for one night for a cruise the next day resonally price for a quick stay only problem they have no private parking which kinda made a lilttle worried mainy about getting a ticket due to u havin to park on the street other than that it was all around a great place to stay

Economical stay

The motel is located in a residential area. If you are looking for a place just to sleep and save money then this is it. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are small, but clean. The motel doesn't have their own parking, you would need to park on the street. The area does look sketchy, so park early before dark so you can find parking close to the motel.

Motel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Interior is modern and pretty, and the room was extremely clean. Staff were friendly. My only issue was the flat pillows, I would recommend bringing your own pillow. The bed was average, could have been better, but tolerable. Street parking is difficult unless you park early in the day. Overall, an excellent budget option! I would happily rent again.

The staff was very friendly and flexible to work with. The property was another brand of hotel before being taken over by Motel 6 so its architecture was not the same as the trademark Motel 6 appearance. It almost appeared like a large residential home surrounded by other homes. It's a minor issue but I might invest more in the public facing facade to make use of the unique architecture.

Don’t book here unless you ride a bike that needs limited space to park and like to be around homeless. Front desk person was very rude and asked us to cancel our booking with Expedia only to avoid helping us and to keep our money. There was also someone at the very entrance sitting down on the stairs smoking pot. This is how safe and pleasant this place is.
