Air B&B set up with the most helpful and friendly host you could want. 5 minute drive from Universal studios, but felt closer. Would stay again if he's still hosting in the future.

We booked the two bedroom and we're very happy with our accommodations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Host was very nice. Close to the music venue we were attending. There are a lot of stairs to enter. So probably not great for disabled.

Wonderful Hollywood B&B

Our host was very welcoming and made breakfast to our request. He's a very nice man and we enjoyed talking to him and he was helpful in letting us know some details about the area since we are from northern California and not too familiar with the area. It's a lovely, well kept house in a beautiful neighborhood that is near everything in central LA/Hollywood, but far enough off the major streets to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again next time our travels bring us there.

The property was a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios. The owner was very pleasant and made reasonable accommodations to dietary needs on our second night stay. The studio was roomy and clean. Had a fridge and microwave. Would highly recommend!
