Overnight stay

The place was very nice and quiet area. The check in process was a little bit of a struggle but the host was very quick at helping resolve the issue. Overall great stay. Would definitely come back!!

House was not clean

When we got there house was not clean and i had to wait until 7:30pm to check in get in the house and was safe for my kids walking into a house that had blood on walls beds was dirty had to but my own cleaning supplies have

Should be banned from VRBO

My stay never happened because the "host" cancelled my trip the morning of after I requested check-in info. This was booked several weeks in advance & the "reason" of it being reserved on another website is inconvenient for everyone. How does anyone expect to find something comparable last minute? Especially when the refund still needs several business days to credit back...WOW! This makes me rethink ever using VRBO again if this okay with them

Where do I start? We got at the property at 3pm for check in and there were still people from previous reservation at the property. We had to wait about 2 hours for them to finish packing. Called the host and all he said is that he was sorry and if we could wait for his cleaner. We told the cleaning person not to rush since we were leaving to a family gathering and that she could stay at the property so she could finish her job, which she didn’t. She decided on her own she was going to take all the covers to the laundry around the corner because the washer here takes too long according to her. We told her to keep the keys and place them at the lockbox when she was done, but she said she didn’t know how to use it, so we gave her the garage remote so she could open the garage and come inside the property when she came back. I don’t understand how but she wasn’t able to open it, now we’re stuck with no covers, no toilet paper, I really wish I knew we had to bring our own supplies since most bookings provide such things. DO NOT RECOMMEND, HOST DOES NOT COMMUNICATE, Payed a handful of money for such bad experience, we could have stayed at good hotel for that amount. I’ve never complained about a booking before, I really want people to save their money and chose another option.
