Excellent communication from the homeowner - very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect for our day trips to Universal Studios (about a 10 minute drive). It was a convenient 15 minute drive with little traffic. We had a small miscommunication with Boba, our host, about early check-in, but she quickly called us and got everything straightened out.We had everything we needed, and everything looked clean, but the floors turned my white socks black, so maybe the floors just need a good mopping. Out wasn’t a big deal because it was the end of the day.Would definitely stay again! ##### Brendan M. The house was beautiful up to date and was equipped with lots of charging ports to plug in my larger than normal family. Loved the extra touches to make us feel welcome. Only two things that stood out, one bathroom (which I admit I should have paid better attention to ), and we only received two bath towels, and at that they were cheap towels that left chunky lint all over. Other than that. It’s a great house in a pretty quiet neighborhood. ##### Kathy B. All of the appliances are in good working order and stocked with supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The host is very attentive and made sure we had exciting we needed.
