Lovely 3BR Retreat Home in Highland Park
Welcome to my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom forest-like setting home in Highland Park!
There are also two free parking spots located inside the gate.
Must be twenty five years old or older to book.
The space
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed - which makes this place comfortable for up to 4 adults and 2 kids! The 3rd bedroom is setup with an office space which is perfect for those who are working from home.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
The house includes high-speed WiFi, a TV with Apple TV, and streaming app access, and have a peaceful and relaxing day on the terrace with an outside cooking facility to use!
This home is very close to Occidental College, 5mins to Highland Park Bowl, 8 mins to Heritage Square Museum, 10 mins to Griffith Park, 14 mins to Downtown L.A., 15 mins to Los Angeles Zoo, 21 mins to Griffith Observatory, and 21 mins to Universal Studio Hollywood. Centrally located equidistant to York & Figueroa, have a morning coffee at Civil, have dinner at Joy, Hippo or Cafe Birdie, and so many options in between!
